Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.Next contact your bank. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
EXCHANGES (if applicable)

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Standard ground shipping is on us for all US and Canadian orders above $100 (before taxes and discounts) US below $100 - $10 shipping fee is applied; Canada below $100 - $10 shipping fee is applied.
Express or expedited shipping can be provided at an extra cost calculated at check-out on all in-stock items. Express shipping on custom orders varies upon request, please contact us to request a quote on timing.
The shipping and processing times depend on the items you're ordering. The status of each product (backordered, made to order or in stock) is indicated on each individual product page, as well as the estimated shipping date.
Backordered: We don’t have it on hand yet but we are making it for you and it’s coming soon! You can still purchase it in this state, be sure to note the estimated shipping date.
Made to Order: Our jeweler needs to craft the piece for you once you order, it can take a bit more time to receive this type of product. Be sure to note the estimated shipping date on the product page so you can plan accordingly.
In Stock: It’s in our facilities and ready for a new home! Shipping timelines are usually within 3 business days from today's date, but be sure to note the estimated shipping date on each individual product page.
If you're ordering multiple pieces and the status and shipping date of each are different, the order may be split in two or it may ship on the latest date. Use this rule to determine your shipping date: if the difference between the dates is more than 8 business days, the order will be split in two. If the difference is less than 8 business days, it will be shipped together once all items are available (on the latest shipping date).
Keep in mind that only orders shipping within Canada or the U.S. are eligible for split shipments. Your estimated shipping dates will also be noted in your PAUME Jewelry profile and confirmation email once the order is placed!
Should you choose to refuse the delivery of your order to avoid duties and taxes or if you change your mind, you will be responsible for the return shipping fee charged to PAUME Jewelry. Keep in mind that this amount is dependent on your country. If you want to make any adjustments to your address, please be sure to reach out to us before your order is dispatched.
Paume Jewelry accepts returns within 10 days of the product's arrival date. All original tags must be attached, original packaging must be in-tact, and there must be no signs of wear on the procuct. Please keep in mind that all custom orders are non-returnable.
To start your return process, please contact us and we will get back to you within 1-2 business days to get your return started (and don't worry, this wont count against your 10 day return window).
Once your order arrives back to us, it can take about 10 - 15 business days for it to be reviewed and processed. Once our review is completed, we will reach out to you regarding the status and next steps. We appreciate your patience and will work hard to process your return as soon as possible!
We do not offer exchanges. All pieces are eligible for return in exchange for refund or store credit so long as all returned products meet our guidelines.
You may edit your order so long as it has not yet been processed or packaged. Keep in mind that orders may be processed earlier than expected on our website so we recommend that you let us know about any changes as soon as possible. We’re not able to add items to an existing order. If you’d like to add more items, place a new order and provide us with both order numbers; our team will merge them before shipping and reimburse any shipping fees, if eligible.
If your order has not yet shipped, contact us as soon as you can with the new address and order number so we can try to adjust it for you. If the order has already been processed and shipped, we’re unfortunately not able to adjust the address for you.
To cancel an order, contact us and we will cancel and refund to the original method of payment for you. Keep in mind, that we’re not able to cancel custom orders if they have already been processed.
A limit of one (1) discount may be applied to each order. Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction with free shipping discount codes, referral credit, referral codes or any other type of discounts.
PAUME has the right to hold and or cancel orders that use more than one discount code due to a technical fault or system issue.
If your discount code or promotion is not working as you believe it should be, please contact us and we'll work to sort it out with you!
First and foremost, we sincerely apologize. We know you've got more important things to be doing than spending time trying to get your order corrected, and because of that, we will do everything we can to make it right.
Please send your Order Number and a photo of the product that you believe to be incorrect, and we we will be happy to resolve it for you as soon as possible.
